Prompt Service Call and Problem Solved
I want to thank JE Mechanical for the prompt service call to my house. Both units were inoperative. The technician was very knowledgeable and kept us advised of the progress of the repair at all times. Another company was not able to fix the problem, and the JE Mechanical technician quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He also discovered another problem with the heat on one of the units that we had been unaware of. He quickly repaired that problem.
