  • HVAC Installer

    Residential & Multifamily Projects

    Job Overview:

    We are looking for HVAC professionals who can execute full system installations from rough-in to final startup, ensuring quality, efficiency, and jobsite coordination. This role is ideal for those experienced in residential and multifamily projects, where you’ll contribute to high-quality installations in a supportive environment while growing your skills in the Atlanta Metro area.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform complete HVAC system installations for residential and multifamily projects.
    • Execute change-outs and new installations with precision.
    • Complete rough-in work, ductwork, and system layout.
    • Manage system startup, wiring, and commissioning to ensure optimal performance.
    • Perform copper brazing/soldering using nitrogen.
    • Ensure installations meet all relevant code, quality, and safety standards.
    • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Previous experience with residential HVAC installations (change-outs required).
    • Ability to complete full installations from rough-in to final startup.
    • Proficiency in copper brazing using nitrogen.
    • Own the tools necessary for installation work.
    • Reliable transportation (truck or van preferred).
    • A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
    • Local at North Atlanta Metro Area.

    Preferred but Not Mandatory:

    • Familiarity with metal ductwork installation.
    • Light commercial projects (RTU, packaged units)
    • Experience with multifamily construction.
    • Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally out of state for projects. (Only if interested in applying to multifamily construction projects)

    Work Environment:

    • Projects across the North Atlanta Metro area
    • Work includes residential homes, multifamily construction, and light commercial sites
    • Combination of indoor and outdoor environments

  • Technician HVAC

    Job Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team and work on multifamily and residential projects across Georgia. If you’re someone who thrives in a team environment and excels in diagnosing, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems, we want to hear from you. You will bring your problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the ability to follow instructions to deliver top-notch service to our clients while maintaining safety and quality standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including heat pumps, split systems, RTUs, and exhaust fans.
    • Perform system start-ups and ensure proper operation and documentation.
    • Communicate with team members and customers to update on project status.
    • Follow safety standards and adhere to local building codes.
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
    • Complete tasks with a focus on efficiency and quality.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of HVAC service experience in multifamily and residential settings.
    • High school diploma or GED.
    • EPA Section 608 Certification (minimum Type I & II).
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Physical ability to climb ladders, reach overhead, squat, crawl, and work on feet for full shifts, indoors and outdoors.
    • Willingness to work overtime and travel locally as required.

    Preferred but Not Mandatory:

    • Certifications such as NATE or HVAC Excellence.
    • Associate degree or technical diploma in HVAC technology.
    • OSHA safety training or equivalent.

    We are looking for a dedicated Foreman HVAC to lead and oversee our HVAC projects in residential and light commercial environments.     • Ability to travel daily within the service area (company vehicle provided).
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends when necessary.
    • Willingness to travel out of state for projects when required.
    • Physical ability to climb ladders, reach overhead, squat, crawl, and work at heights.
