- Offer valid only within service areas: Cumming, Alpharetta, Roswell, Johns Creek, Duluth, Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Suwanee, Lawrenceville, Peachtree Corners
- Service applies to one (1) residential HVAC system only; additional systems will be quoted separately
- Tune-up includes a standard preventive maintenance inspection only; does not include repairs or replacement of parts
- Tune-up includes standard 1-inch air filter only; specialty filters are not included
- Systems must be accessible and in serviceable condition; additional charges may apply if access is restricted
- Condenser coil and evaporator coil cleaning/washing are not included and may be added at additional cost
- Refrigerant is not included and will be charged separately if required
- If system is found to be non-operational or in poor condition, diagnostic and repair recommendations will be provided separately
- Any additional work or repairs must be approved by the homeowner before proceeding
- Not valid for commercial systems or new construction
