  • HVAC Installer

    Residential & Multifamily Projects

    Position Details:

    We are looking for experienced HVAC Installers to join our field team, supporting residential and multifamily installation projects across the Atlanta Metro area.

    This role is ideal for professionals who can execute full system installations from rough-in to final startup, ensuring quality, efficiency, and jobsite coordination.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform full HVAC system installations (residential & multifamily)
    • Execute change-outs and new installations
    • Complete rough-in work, ductwork, and system layout
    • Perform system startup, wiring, and commissioning
    • Execute copper brazing/soldering using nitrogen
    • Ensure installations meet code, quality, and safety standards
    • Coordinate with project leads and field teams on job execution
    • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

    What We’re Looking For

    Required:

    • Experience with residential HVAC installations (change-outs required)
    • Ability to perform startup, wiring, and commissioning
    • Experience with copper brazing using nitrogen
    • Ability to complete installations from rough to final
    • Own tools required for installation work
    • Reliable transportation (truck or van preferred)

    Preferred:

    • Experience with multifamily or light commercial projects (RTU, packaged units)
    • Experience with metal ductwork
    • Ability to work with a supporting crew or team
    • Willingness to travel within the region (and occasionally out of state)

    Work Environment:

    • Projects across the North Atlanta Metro area
    • Work includes residential homes, multifamily construction, and light commercial sites
    • Combination of indoor and outdoor environments

  • Technician HVAC

    Job Type:

    Full Time

    Position Details:

    As a HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for the service, repair, and start-up of heating and air conditioning systems for our multifamily new construction projects. We're looking for a skilled technician who thrives on team work, a job well-done and providing excellent service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and repair heat pumps, conventional split systems, RTUs, condensers, and exhaust fans at multi-family new construction job sites.
    • Perform system start-ups and complete all necessary tasks for successful operation and documentation.
    • Maintain open communication with team members and customers regarding project status.
    • Follow safety standards, policies, and procedures to ensure a clean and hazard-free work environment.
    • Adhere to local and state regulations, including building codes.

    What You Bring to the Team:

    • Experience: 5+ years of HVAC service experience in multifamily-residential environments.
    • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
    • EPA Section 608 Certification: Universal preferred (minimum Type I & II required).
    • Certification in handling and disposing of refrigerants (EPA-compliant).
    • OSHA safety training or equivalent knowledge of safety protocols (can train)
    • Associate degree or technical diploma in HVAC technology (preferred).
    • Additional certifications such as NATE or HVAC Excellence are a plus.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license

    Skills:

    • Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and electronic.
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

    Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

    • Able to climb ladders, reach overhead, squat, crawl and work on feet full shift.
    • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity).
    • Willingness to work overtime and travel locally as needed.

  • Foreman HVAC

    Job Type:

    Full Time

    Position Details:

    To perform installation service, maintenance, startups, troubleshooting and repairs on a variety of HVAC systems. You will also be responsible for promoting the continued growth of the installation team to current and potential new customers as a field representative of HVAC.

    A qualified candidate will possess a provincial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Certificate or Red Seal.

    Responsibilities:

    • Install, service and repair commercial and industrial refrigeration, air conditioning units and combined heating, ventilation & cooling systems, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
    • Troubleshoot onsite mechanical issues
    • Assist with scheduling of technicians for specific job sites
    • Communicate with Project Management team
    • Assist with ordering of materials for jobs
    • General supervision of your technician team, mentoring and training apprentices
    • Assist with coordinating of sub-trades on job sites
    • Participate in preplanning meeting for projects.
    • Compliance with all required occupational health and safety guidelines
    • Ensure Health and Safety meetings and related safety tool-box meetings are held as required
    • Quality Control of work completed on jobsite
    • Identify Business Risks and Opportunities
    • Other duties as required to meet customer/business needs

    Qualifications:

    • Possession of a valid class 5 driver’s license with a good abstract.
    • Own hand tools, tool pouch and steel toe safety boots.
    • Ability to travel daily withing the service area, with some travel to the outer regions as necessary (Company vehicle provided).
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, day and nights as required by the customer
    • Ability to work 5 days per week with a minimum of 8 hours each shift.
    • Physical requirements of the position include: lifting, pushing and pulling, standing, bending/crouching, reaching, climbing ladders, and working at heights and in tight spaces, as allowed by OHS regulations..
    • The job is physically demanding and involves working on rooftops and with materials such as industrial glues, refrigerants and electrical components.
