Growing HVAC company, located in Cumming, GA, is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator. The candidate will assist in the management and organization of several multi-family housing projects being built simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand construction documents
  • Prepare submittals
  • Managing Permits and lien waivers
  • Scheduling Inspections
  • Arranging and managing corporate housing for projects
  • Creating and sending Purchase Orders
  • Tracking expenses for each job
  • Work directly with the field supervision
  • Develop subcontractor work parameters and review pricing

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years’ experience as a Construction Project Coordinator
  • Good communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to draft cost estimates for the entire scope of work according to standards and specification
  • Knowledge of the bid proposal process
  • Resourceful
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • Job requires 10% travel
  • Good organization skills
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • General knowledge and understanding of building plans, takeoffs and, working drawings
  • Able to work well within a team centered environment
  • Excellent work ethics
  • Blue-beam is a plus

Employment :

  • Full-time: Monday through Friday
  • Compensation based on experience
  • Benefits offered: Paid time off and medical after 90 days
