Maintenance Agreement:
| Services Include: | Two Mechanical Inspections per year. Replacement of filters two times a year. Condenser Coil Cleaning once a year. |

| Repair Option: | JE Mechanical HVAC will make minor repairs and adjustments during the Mechanical Inspections and service calls. Additional parts and the time required to repair will be invoiced separately. JE Mechanical HVAC will attain the proper approvals prior to performing the work. |
| Payment Terms: | 100% of total investment is due upon signature of this agreement. |
| Start Date: | 100% of The date in which total investment is received, shall be used as the effective date of this contract. This agreement is effective for one year from the start date. |

Cancellation: Either party can cancel the agreement with 30 days written notice.
Services not Included: Evaporator coil cleaning is not included in the price, but it can be provided at an additional cost. This agreement does not include maintaining of recording or portable instruments, electrical apparatus and wiring; casing or cabinets, ductwork, insulation, belts.
